We will be responsible for any defects of the watch if the product is factory defective. You can contact us by email or via the form of CONTACT section from the website to return the product, and a new hand watch will be sent as soon as possible, at no additional cost. We will not cover the shipping costs if you want to change the item, or you have changed your mind about the chosen model or you want the product to be returned or you want a refund for any other reason. The money will be sent back to you based on the bank details provided by you, and the shipping fees in this specific case will be covered by you, the customer.
To return the watch, please follow these steps:
1. The wood box and the watch must be packed in the auxiliary protective paper box, as received, and add extra paper or bubble wrap and another box, for avoiding damage to the corners of the wooden box or the watch itself. Receiving the product exactly as it was sent in its initial condition is mandatory. RETURNED PACKAGES WILL BE REFUSED IF THEY ARE NOT PACKED CORRECTLY (WITHOUT AFFECTING THE INTEGRITY OF THE WOODEN BOX, WATCH, MECHANISM ETC.) OR HAVE SIGNS OF WEAR.
2. It is necessary to contact the AliaS team in one of the forms described above, stating the return of the product. As a customer, you can return the watch within 14 days of receiving the package. The product has a 12 months warranty since the order placement date. Although the written request is required for the return of the order, we will ensure you that it is only a step that must be registered, but the return will be immediate and far from being a headache.
3. After the returning was confirmed to the client, you will receive the name and address of the recipient where you have to send the package. If the watch is in perfect working condition and you just changed your mind about it, the transport is covered by the customer. If the watch is returned due to factory defects, the shipment is covered by us.
4. Once the package is in our possession and the appropriate packaging is confirmed, and also it has no defects caused by transport or wearing the watch, the refund of the money is released in maximum 72 hours, and the money will be in your bank account most likely in a maximum of 24 hours, if it is a different bank than the sender’s one. But if the watch is defective or you want to replace it, based on the warranty, another watch will be sent instead, fully functional.
