1. ORDERS

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

 

There are several possibilities to place an order. The first and most indicated is to order on the site. Once the product is selected, follow the steps that include the preferred product, entering the address and details for delivery and the payment method. Another option would be to place the order on social network accounts - instagram, with a private message to @alias.watches or on facebook, to the user AliaS Watches, where the details for delivery and payment method will be provided to one of AliaS team members. A 3rd option is to place the order at the contact addresses - Whatsapp at +40731323232 or e-mail address contact@aliaswatches.com, where the contact person will ask you to provide delivery details and payment method (card, paypal or transfer ).

2. SHIPPING

HOW IS THE TRANSPORT PERFORMED?

 

On Romanian territory, the shipping is free. Generally, the transport is completed between 24 and 72 hours from the placing  order date. Due to the current situation, the transport may be delayed 1-5 days, so thank you for your understanding. Outside Romania, the shipping is not included and is paid by the buyer. It can be sent both in Europe and on other continents. The preferred method of sending is via FedEx courier. Depending on the country and the type of transport chosen, the order can arrive between 2 and 5 days. (For example, in France the order can arrive in 48 hours, in the USA the order can arrive in 4 days). Before sending the order, an approximation of the transport price is made, the customer is informed, and after his payment, the order is sent.
 

3. GIFTS

CAN A GIFT ORDER BE SENT?

 

Of course. Traditionally, the watch is packed in its own wooden box, which has a greeting card, and the wooden box is packaged as a gift. This packed box placed in another wrapped box to ensure proper storage of the watch and the wood box. Upon request, you can send flowers, a bottle of champagne or anything else you wish, at an additional cost, to the buyer. There is no charge for the extra purchase service of these items, but only for their purchase. Also, no invoice or other documents including the cost of the watch will be sent to the receiver, when it is specified that it is a gift, but they will be sent online to the buyer. The whole experience is a personalized one and we assure you that the gift received will live up to expectations.

4. RETURNS

HOW DO I RETURN AN ORDER?

 

If for various reasons you are not satisfied completely with your purchase or it reaches to you factory defective, the product can be returned within 14 days of its arrival to the beneficiary. We guarantee to check each timepiece and each wood box, to ensure that they reach you in perfect condition, but if you are not fully satisfied, you can send an email to contact@aliaswatches.com specifying the fact that you want to return the watch and we will provide you the details of shipping back the order. Once the order arrives to us, the money will be refunded in 72 hours, and they will appear in your account mostly up to 24h. But if the watch is defective and you want to replace it, based on the warranty, another watch fully functional will be sent to you once you return the defective item.  Although a written request is required for the return of the order, we assure you that it is only a step that must be registered, but the return will be immediate and without hassle. 5. CANCELLATION

HOW DO I CANCEL AN ORDER?

 

If you want to cancel a registered order for various reasons, it can be canceled through a written contact form here or by sending an e-mail to contact@aliaswatches.com. If the product has not been shipped yet, immediate cancellation will be allowed. If the product has been shipped, once it reaches the destination it must be returned by following the steps detailed here. If the watch was paid at the time of placing the order, the money will be refunded within a maximum of 72 hours in the dates of care was paid, if the watch was not shipped already. Although the written request for cancellation of the order is required, we assure you that it is only a step that must be registered, but the cancellation will be immediate and without hassle.
